I was considering buying a $300 replacement Hayward pool controller because half the buttons stopped working. I saw a suggestion for Buttonworx and thought I'd give it a try. It was a very simple install and works great.
Replacment LCD for Autostar 497 (rev e) 14 pin connector.
Required to replace the broken LCD in a Meade Autostar 497 (rev e)14 pin connector style.
Item arrived in very good condition. Installation was simple and took about 15min.

This great invention from Button worx is a perfect fix for my Roland CR8000 defective push buttons.
Now my machine is back up and functioning.
Great product. Some buttons on my remote quit working and some required mashing or multiple presses this fixed it right up good as new. Wasn't too difficult. Good instructions and a video. Only recommendation might be to include the necessary prying bar. I had the screw driver I needed already.

Despite the thread of pessimism pervading Ben's writings, the delivery time to Brisbane (Australia) was well within normal delivery times from the northern hemisphere. Ordered products 3rd Feb; despatched 4th Feb and arrived 27th Feb. Have more faith, Ben!! Also, Ben does expdeite despatch to keep customers happy.
It's the second one I order, after success with the 1st. The parcel took 7 days to ship to France. Very satisfied.
