How much does it cost?
Typically installation service is around $20 (plus cost of the ButtonWorx™ part) for most small items like remote controls. Larger or more complex devices may be more. If your item also needs repair (soldering, cleaning battery leak damage, etc...) there may be an additional (but very reasonable) cost. I will contact you with photos and an explanation before proceeding.
- It is REQUIRED and NOT INCLUDED that the customer must ship their broken device in for repair
If you have any questions about installation service please contact us.
(Sending pictures of your device is very helpful)

* Something I don't have?
I love getting in new things! This is how I come up with new products, from customers just like you looking to get a keypad repaired.
Please don't hesitate to contact me with new products. Sending something new in for service means I get to see it hands on and hopefully create something that can help other people. If one person needs a keypad fixed, chances are there are more out there with the same problem.
