You need to follow the detailed instructions on Youtube channel and you get at least another 5 years worth of Logitech Harmony comfort!

Received my product today. It was ordered on feb. 5th and posted on feb. 7th, received on feb. 14th.
Haven't installed yet but don't doubt it will work, if I don't go wrong taking my Harmony 600 apart!

Ben replaced the keypad on my Harmony Companion remote. Several buttons were on life support. It is now working perfectly. The snap is back. Quality work, clear communication, reasonable price and quick turnaround. A positive service experience!

Took a little longer than expected, but all my mail has been slow due to Canada Post strike backlog.
I started to worry and reached out to seller who suggested I wait another week. It arrived the next business day.
Quick delivery and the seller communication was outstanding. Only issue during disassembly when the negative battery contact broke away from the circuit board and remained inside the bottom cover. Was easy to solder back in place. Remote now looks and feels like it did when it was new. Great product and reasonably priced.
15 days is typical for US post to my location. Item arrived in perfect condition.
