Product works-Thank you

The product works as advertised. I have a Logitech Harmony 700 remote that started to fail, wouldn't turn on my components with one button when it did function it would not turn the systems off plus other button functions were starting to fail. My research showed that there were no other remotes on the market that performed like a Harmony (since Logitech has discontinued the Harmony remote line) except for high end remotes with high end prices. That being said I saw Ben's video about the button replacement pad. I figured for the price why not give it a try. By watching the video and a little patience in about 30 minutes I completed the process and now have a working Harmony 700 remote just like it came out of the box new. The button repair pad definitely saved me the money of purchasing a high-end remote that would replace and function like the Harmony 700.

Package arrived pretty quickly, kit worked nicely, was fairly easy to install once I had the remote taken apart. Written instructions weren't great, but Youtube video was helpful

sent in my Harmony 700 which had stopped working and it came back working. what could be better? I happily paid the small extra charges for them to do the repairs. I have other Harmony remotes and if they fail I'll use this site again.

Great kit, would buy again

I used this kit to fix the buttons on my 650. I bought the kit over a year ago (postage to UK from USA was very fast), but didn't use it until the buttons started to fail. It took me less than half an hour and now works perfectly.

Harmony 665

It took a week to arrive into Western Canada. Easy to install specially with the help of instructions included in the envelope and You Tube videos. Works great. My remote got new lease on life.
