Circuit board not included! You must clean the circuit board with isopropyl alcohol before installing the new keypad.  Gold contacts should be clean and shiny. 

ButtonWorx™ Replacement rubber keypad is made from soft silicone rubber. Instead of button travel and the rubber button must flex, fold and spring back (wearing out and ripping off) the ButtonWorx™ is solid silicone rubber with ButtonWorx™ membrane keypad conductors.
