Circuit board not included! You must clean the circuit board with isopropyl alcohol before installing the new keypad.  Gold contacts should be clean and shiny. 

ButtonWorx™ Replacement rubber keypad is made from TPU soft rubber. Instead of silicone where the button travels and the rubber must flex, fold and spring back (wearing out and ripping off) the ButtonWorx™ is solid TPU rubber with a membrane keypad. Compressing the soft rubber presses the membrane keypad and completes the switch. Carbon film button contacts never wear out and never leave sticky deposits on the circuit board to gum up the buttons. 

Freezing temperatures make TPU more stiff but the buttons still work fine, they are just not as soft to the touch. They do warm up quick.
