* Professional Installation includes basic repair for common problems on the circuit board such as broken solder joints or replacing a bad relay. Controller must be mailed in for service and only return shipping is covered in the cart price.  New wire cords are not included. If you need a new wire they can be expensive and take time to order. I don't keep wires in stock but if I know you need one it could be pre-ordered.

Perfect solution

The "on/off" button on my Western 56462 handheld controller was very difficult to activate. I received this repair pad in just a few days, installed it in minutes (thanks to awesome installation instructions) and my controller works better than it did when new! Great Repair!

I had trouble mostly with my power button as well on my Fish Stick controller. I took it apart, cleaned it up, installed the fix, all of which was very easy, and now it works as good as new. I bought a 2nd one since these are so cheap just in case a friend needs one. Awesome product!
