Circuit board not included! You must clean the circuit board with isopropyl alcohol before installing the new keypad.  Gold contacts should be clean and shiny. 

ButtonWorx™ Replacement rubber keypad is made from solid silicone rubber. Standard buttons travel and the rubber must flex, fold and spring back (wearing out and ripping off). ButtonWorx™ is solid silicone rubber with a membrane keypad. Compressing the soft rubber presses the membrane keypad and completes the switch. Carbon film button contacts never wear out and never leave sticky deposits on the circuit board to gum up the buttons.
