Found it in my mailbox this morning, for the current situation I consider just over 2 weeks a decent amount of time.
Repair man took mine and never returned it Need a new one to replace it. Love my king bed but now only one side works So sad!

I have been having issues with this remote for several years. I thought it was the battery. As time went on I had to push the buttons very hard, it would sometimes work when I would press on the end of the button.
When button 2 eventually stopped working I was looking for a replacement remote. This brand is hard to find and I didn't want to buy a new receiver and remote because I would have to wire it into the ceiling fan.
I stumbled on this device and installed it right away, it was like I had a new remote control. The install video was perfect . I chose the tracking option for shipping and received it in 3 days. The hardest part was determining which side of the protective paper to remove and then removing it. I suggest putting something on it to identify which side to remove.
Great product and a inexpensive repair.
Years of frustration resolved in 5 minutes
I found your product through an internet search and decided to give it a try. I had already gone through a cleaning procedure last year that I had found on YouTube which provided a small improvement at best. Every night was a battle to start the machine, and every morning a battle to turn it off. All this frustration was solved with 5 minutes of work and your product. Thanks for a great product!

Brilliant! Super easy and super effective!
Absolutely brilliant product - was totally easy and intuitive to install but the typed instructions provided made it fool proof.
The hardest part - which is really, nothing to do with the product itself - is disassembling the device but once you've done it once or twice, it's pretty straightforward and this probably took me around 10-15 minutes in total and that was taking my time.
I tested the remote afterwards and to my pleasant surprise it was honestly working as good as new. After being a tad sceptical about how effective ButtonWorx would be, the reality is that I couldn't be happier.
Thank you so much to Ben for getting my remote working again - especially given Logitech no longer manufacture this product. I now don't have to worry about buying some other brand (learning) remote and having to program it from scratch. This button repair kit has therefore been worth every cent. Cheers.
