Shipping the device in for repair is not included
The service level may include partial shipping cost for larger items
The default is assumed to be a remote control or similar device weighing less than 1lb. Some devices are much larger and heavier so the service level may be higher to compensate for the added cost of shipping
Installation includes minor repair
If the device needs a wire soldered, something glued, etc.. these will usually be included at no extra charge.
If the device has major problems, doesn't work at all or has massive battery corrosion, etc... then please contact me before placing the order to see if this is something I can help with.
