Message from Ireland!
I recently ordered the BW-RAV331 button array for my Yamaha RAV438 remote. While this model is not listed as compatible with the BW-RAV331, it WORKS perfectly.
The only thing I had to do was remove the middle button of the 3 at the very top, as on the RAV438 it is where an LED is located. Takes seconds with a sharp scalpel.
I have to say, great product, great and cost effective shipment and great service. I'm really happy with what I got from you.

Yamaha RAV290 - RAV331 Series Remote Control Button Repair Kit
Great stuff right here. Works amazingly well with my RX-A810 remote. The power and source buttons stopped working on my remote and this kit does the job. I had to make a small modification for the source button as there is an led in the middle and the touch points are on the left and right of the led but not a big deal. Also, shipping to Canada took about 7 business days so not bad at all. I would highly recommend Ben's DIY button repair kits!

Works with my RAV438
Great product, and simple to install (once you manage to open the remote control). While the RAV 438 was not listed as compatible, I decided to give it a go, as the the layout of the buttons seemed to be 99.9% the same. The only thing I did was to remove the centre button of the very top 3 buttons. Simple to do with a sharp scalpel. Everything else lined up perfectly, and I now have a fully functional remote again!!Great value, mailed to Ireland for only a few dollars, worth every cent. Especially since I could not find a replacement RAV438 anywhere. Highly recommended.
