Standard rubber keypad

Use ButtonWorx universal 7mm found here: 7mm 10 pack

There must be several different models with various buttons.  The two circuit board round contacts that are touching are the same button in a slightly different position for another keypad that goes in this same housing. You do not need to be concerned about ButtonWorx touching both, just align the repair pad over the button used by your rubber keypad.
