The "on/off" button on my Western 56462 handheld controller was very difficult to activate. I received this repair pad in just a few days, installed it in minutes (thanks to awesome installation instructions) and my controller works better than it did when new! Saved me hundreds of dollars - thank you!
The included instructions were straightforward and the (gold) repair kit took care of a number of faulty buttons on our Harmony 650 remote. These remotes are no longer in production and the few new ones available are being sold for exorbitant prices online, so I was thrilled to be able to breathe new life into ours. Thanks again for such a great product!
Thanks. I bought 2 of these to fix 2 old 650's where I would have to click the buttons near the LCD up to 100 times sometimes. Not an exaggeration lol. As soon as I installed these they worked in 1 press. I did both remotes in about 30ish minutes. First time was slower because I was watching the video to make sure I didn't mess up. The whole time I kept singing that Flobots - Handlebars song where he says "I can take apart the remote control, and I can almost put it back together" lol.
