ButtonWorx™ is a new additional part that does not replace anything. A new membrane button that takes over the conductive part of the switch. The old rubber keypad presses down on the new ButtonWorx™ membrane and the new button then completes the switch. ButtonWorx™ does not change the look or feel of the button. Most people say the buttons work better than new and the good news is that it will stay that way! No inks, paints, foils or other materials that always fall off and cause more problems.
3M peel and stick adhesive that if you ever need to remove or replace for any reason, it will come off easily (a little heat will help) and doesn't leave any adhesive behind or make a sticky mess anywhere!
