Excellent product but the envelope was somehow "folded", which bent a little the product but cause no issues in the end. Maybe placing a small piece of cardboard would be good.

My wife and I bought a home 10 years ago that had a Niles system where each room had its own control. When keypads started failing I checked with AV dealer about new controls.Answer…no longer made may find on eBay . Luckily I found Buttonworx! Repaired two so now all 8 work like new!

Arrived in Australia within 2 weeks. Both the postage & Kit price were very cheap, considering my remote works like brand new again! I bought a generic remote 1st for $24, which is cheaper quality and very touchy.
Ben's comprehensive instructions were clear & easy to follow (Tip: if you don't have a bottle of isopropyl alcohol, and who does? then just use a MediSwab, which is 98% isopropyl. It worked perfectly).
Can't recommend this Site anymore to do it justice, I'll definitely come back if I need any related products.

Received my Panasonic TV Remote Button Kit in Australia within 2 weeks from ordering. Very cheap postage & very reasonably priced kit that now has my remote working like brand new again! Clear & easy to follow instructions that made the install straight forward (Tip : if you don't have a bottle of isopropyl alcohol, just use a Medi-Swab, they are 99% isopropyl & do the job perfectly). How I avoided spending lot of money for a new keypad
Brilliant product, I was convinced that I had to spend 120 euros to buy a replacement for my alarm system’s keyboard and then this product showed up. Fast delivery, easy to install and fixed everything. Thanks!
