Package (1 x Logitech Harmony 350 in an Envelope) arrived safely and securely at an Australia Post Parcel Locker in South East Melbourne Metro (Mount Waverley Business Centre). Was dispatched by Ben on August 15th 2024 USA Time (likely August 16th 2024 in Australia) and arrived at the Parcel Locker on September 3rd 2024. So 18 days in total or 12 business days. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend. Thanks so much.
Awesome product. Easy to install and works exactly as described. Ordered for a Bell UHF Pro remote that was having difficulty with the "0" button.
Shipped 2024-08-21, arrived 2024-08-28, cleaned Harmony 650 tonight and fitted it, buttons work better than new.

We kept a Logitech Harmony 650 with defunct power button in our closet for years wondering if we would ever find a place to have it repaired. When the power button quit we purchased what may have been the last remaining 665’s from Best Buy’s local inventory. Recently we learned about Button Worx, ordered part number LH700-TOP, watched Ben’s video, then installed the new part within 15 minutes using a thin guitar pick to pry the halves apart. Easy peasy & it now works like new. We are happy campers. Highly recommend this company for your Logitech Harmony 600, 650, 665, and 700 series controllers.
