Tips:
If you are not having trouble with the snap dome keys Don't Repair Them Volume, Channel, Play, Pause, Arrows and OK If you are having trouble then I recommend Deoxit GOLD G100L (available as an optional add-on). You could also use Isopropyl alcohol.
If you don't often use the number buttons at the bottom of the remote, don't worry about them. Just install the repair pad If you DO use the number buttons or if you are already having trouble with those buttons, then I recommend peeling back and cutting the bottom of the white sticker found on the circuit board and attaching it to the top of the repair pad. This makes a significant difference in how easily those buttons respond to a light button press.
** Did a pet rabbit eat a remote button? ButtonWorx can't replace missing buttons but sending your remote in for button repair with "Professional Installation" option may be a solution. As long as you don't care too much what the buttons look like (they will be pulled from parts remotes) a few buttons can be replaced (subject to availability). If your remote is missing more than a few buttons please contact us with photos first.
Low price, reasonable time shipping, easy to do. How long will it last? Well, time will tell but I anticipate that it will last as long as the mfr says it will. If not, easy 'nuff to do it again. You will NEED the small plastic pry tool.

Logitech 665 working again!
I bought the version that has multiple parts, but I can't find that on the site any more to review so thought I'd leave it here.
The arrival was quick and the video was very helpful for installation instructions.
After putting off for a year or so with constantly having to reapply carbon pencil to numerous buttons, this kit has finally restored my 665 to full functionality. No more having to press and wiggle buttons, no more having to open the remote every few weeks to fix non responsive buttons, it's great!
With Logitech discontinuing this line I was really worried my Harmony days had reached their end but my remote is good as new again. I'd highly recommend it if you love your Harmony remote but the buttons are no longer working properly.

Logitech Harmony 650 repair EASY
Just got my repair kit, watched the video and performed the repair in short order. I would say that the repair is Super Easy as long as you have all the tools in the video. Small precision Phillips head, small plastic pry tool and high percentage alcohol (I had 91%). Follow the steps in the video and you’ll be done in minutes….maybe 5.

Package arrived pretty quickly, kit worked nicely, was fairly easy to install once I had the remote taken apart. Written instructions weren't great, but Youtube video was helpful

very happy
sent in my Harmony 700 which had stopped working and it came back working. what could be better? I happily paid the small extra charges for them to do the repairs. I have other Harmony remotes and if they fail I'll use this site again.
